Here at JMC Services, LLC we pledge to our customers that it is our highest priority to get the job done right the first time on every assignment. Unlike other handyman services we are upfront about the cost and will put everything into writing. We will explain thoroughly what are charges are for and go over everything before we start any projects. Unlike other companies, we don't have any hidden fees nor any surprise up charges at the end of a job completion. We also pledge to our customers that we will give a very competitive free estimate to everyone who requests it in a fast timely manner at the best rates possible. You can find a list of services and charges right on our website which provides convenience when you need an answer quickly. I can assure you we are the most competitive in-regards to rate, experience and quality. Let's make it right together !
* As a general rule for our handyman services. We typically charge by the job only but in some circumstances, we may charge by the hour and if we do I charge $90.00 an hour depending on situation and the type of service or job task that may be needed ( Plus parts and Materials ) for Honey-do lists, punch-out list and any miscellaneous task, etc.
* Any miscellaneous service calls request or any small task that takes less than 1 hour to complete there is a flat rate of $90.00 minimum charge.
Any home repair or handyman services that we do a estimate for that is more than $500.00 to complete the job will be required to pay a deposit of 25% of bill upfront upon agreeing to move forward with the project. The deposit is used to buy any upfront miscellaneous materials for the job before we start the job. The deposit also holds your spot on the schedule as we dedicate that time and day just for your job only.
Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours after the funds were made by customer. Anything after the 48 hour time frame the deposit will not be refundable due to the money was used for your job supplies only and also the appointment availability space that was used for your scheduled job.
If you combine other handyman services that we do with your work order like other home repairs or other types of Installs or services that we do, a discount can be applied to your bill. It will reduce the overall price up to a 10% off on your final bill when combined with multiple task jobs.
I charge “time + materials” Or " By the Job " to be a fair way to bill for my services but I also could provide a list of material needed for the customer to purchase if they want more control of what product name brands they want. This promotes mutual respect and long-term loyalty in the working relationship.
* Normal Business operation hours are Monday - Friday 7 A.M - 5 P.M and Saturdays 9 A.M - 5 P.M ( Closed On Sundays ) If you have a concern or a question after normal business hours please feel free to call or text me at (864) 640-1314 my name is Jeffrey.
* If you require rush service and need me to start a project after normal business hours (After 5 Mon-Sat or Anytime on Sunday) my after-hours rate is $120.00 minimum charge for any miscellaneous service calls request or any small task that takes less than 1 hour to complete for a slightly higher than normal flat rate fee or by the job basis at a higher rate during after-hours. This rate only applies for the after-hours service call request or emergency repair.

* If using a credit or bank card a 4% fee is added to bill for processing fee.
Any NSF on returned checks there will be a Fee added on to final bill and an alternative payment will be required.
Any handyman services or any home repairs cancellations at the last minute within 30 minutes upon expected arrival will be a $25.00 fee will be billed separately. If the cancellation is justifiable within reason the fee will not apply. If you decide to cancel and have the intent to have us still come out, we are more than happy to reschedule your job for a better time that fits you best.
JMC Services, LLC does not have the rights of being only called a Painter, Electrician or Plumber nor licensed for those " individual " specialized trade names. These particular license gives them the rights to be only called one particular type of trade name like a " Painter, Electrician or Plumber in which we are not entitled to be called one of those names by itself. Instead, we are what you call a Fully Licensed & Insured " Handyman " and we have the rights to be called that and we have a Specialty Handyman License with the name title alone of being only called a Fully Licensed & Insured Handyman. A Handyman job title covers so many things plus more than a one particular specialized trade name for like a Painter, Electrician or Plumber. A Handyman is not just a one title name in what we do but it comes with multiple trade names to offer but of course it comes with limitations in what we do because our license only covers so much of the wide field that we have in the industry. It does not mean I don't have the skills or knowledge; it simply means I am not soley only licensed to be called the individual trade names of a Painter, Electrician or Plumber; we can only be called a Fully Licensed & Insured Handyman who has the license and name title of multiple trade names together as one trade name know as a Fully Licensed & Insured Handyman.
