It does not mean I don't have the skills or knowledge; it simply means I am not soley only licensed to be called the individual trade names of a Painter, Electrician or Plumber; we can only be called a Fully Licensed & Insured Handyman who has the license and name title of multiple trade names together as one trade name know as a Fully Licensed & Insured Handyman.
